Job Title: E- Commerce Customer Service Specialist

Department: Customer Service

Location: Olive Branch, MS

Reporting to:    Manager of Customer Service

Job Function:

The Edelbrock Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is an office environment with a company that has been in business since 1938. Edelbrock is regarded as one of the nation’s premier designers, manufacturers, and distributors of performance parts for the automotive aftermarket.

The responsibilities for this job include:

  • Receiving orders via website
  • Acknowledge and process orders,
  • Process payments for orders
  • Provide consumers update on order status, estimated date of availability for out-of-stock parts
  • Review and Process product returns/ refunds as needed
  • Field incoming consumer customer service phone calls

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience with customer service and computer knowledge is required. 
  • General car parts knowledge is preferred, but not required.
