The Warranty Representative will provide superior service and a positive experience to our customers.
Assist customers with product returns, ordering replacements and shipping requirements
Provide product technical support
Acknowledge and process warranty claims, verify accuracy of claims, process credits and replacement orders, shipping and billing locations- enter order acknowledgement to a customer portal and update order status via email communication
Communicate special programs to customers
Follow up on product replacement backorders
Review and Process product returns
Field all incoming warranty, product return, and customer service phone calls
Qualifications & Requirements:
This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes:
High School Diploma / GED required.
2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
Manufacturing or Automotive experience preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Positive, customer-minded individual with a passion for serving.
Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
