Job Title: Warranty Clerk

Department: Warranty Group  

Location: Memphis, TN

Reporting to: Manager of Warranty Group

The Warranty Representative will provide superior service and a positive experience to our customers.

  • Assist customers with product returns, ordering replacements and shipping requirements
  • Provide product technical support
  • Acknowledge and process warranty claims, verify accuracy of claims, process credits and replacement orders, shipping and billing locations- enter order acknowledgement to a customer portal and update order status via email communication
  • Communicate special programs to customers
  • Follow up on product replacement backorders
  • Review and Process product returns
  • Field all incoming warranty, product return, and customer service phone calls

Qualifications & Requirements:

This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes:

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Manufacturing or Automotive experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive, customer-minded individual with a passion for serving.
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
